We offer same day service most often. We offer care on site to a number of businesses and their employees. We also know that your Healthcare needs don't stop when our office hours are over. Using FB messenger, our helpline (texting 518-470-4635) or email service, you can get a message to the doctors 24 hrs a day or when it is most convenient for you

• Hands-On Adjusting: Chiropractic adjustments are manual in nature the majority of the time. We offer a variety of ways to comfortably move the vertebrae to remove the nerve interference. Our adjustments are custom made.
• Instrument Adjusting: Some patients require electronic or other mechanical instruments to make the adjustment.
• Trigger Point Therapy: To insure the ease of the adjustment and to relieve tension the doctor will utilize hand massage and electronic vibration/hammer tools to break up adhesions that may inhibit the flow of blood, nerve or other fluids.
• Custom plans: Pain relief, corrective care, wellness or all of the above...IT’S YOUR CHOICE!!
• Custom Orthotics by Footlevelers: Orthotics have been used for decades to act as spinal/pelvic stabilizers and to correct leg length discrepancies and/or heel spurs. They  compliment  biomechanical  balance as a ground  up approach to proper spinal  alignment and good posture.
• Exercise/stretching/nutrition/lifestyle choices: Whatever goals you have in mind for these we are happy to make solid recommendations for you to achieve your health goals.

When you choose us, you expect results. We agree!! in the end, results are what matter. In order to accomplish positive results and momentum towards a better you, we do a detailed history and a thorough examination of your spine and biomechanical structure. From there we will determine if imaging studies are warranted and then a referral will be made to a local imaging facility. 

If the doctor determines that it is clinically essential your first spinal adjustment will commence. You will be left with some at home instructions and a follow up visit will be scheduled. The follow up visit will likely include a detailed report and plan of action (based on whether imaging studies were done). At this point if the doctor feels for any reason that he/she cannot help you, a referral will be made to the appropriate health professional. 

Care plans usually follow this schedule:

-Substantial Pain relief within 3-6 visits

(could be up to 12 in chronic conditions)

-Use of Ice and Heat

-Stretching/exercise

-Corrective care at 1-2 visits per week

-Wellness care including orthotics, exercise, nutritional support and lifestyle coaching.
